How it works

Apply: Apply for your internship online and schedule an interview with our friendly admissions team.

If you solely hold a UK passport and have lived only in England & Wales for the past five years, you must join a program outside the UK.

Interview: During your 20-30 minute call with admissions, we'll ask you more about yourself, your studies and qualifications, and why you'd like to embark on an internship program. We'll also go through your preferred internship details, such as destinations, career fields, length of program, and accomodation. It's also an opportunity for you to ask us any questions you might have.

Pay a deposit: If your interview is successful, the next step is to pay a deposit to secure your slot.

Finding a role: Once you're secured a slot, our expert placement team will create your professional profile. This will then be sent out to our extensive network of host organizations to find a role best matched to you.

Interview with Companies: Companies who are interested in having you on board as an intern will interview you. Most first interviews are successful due to our placement team's expertise with your best interests at heart.

Secure your role: If the company wish to hire you, you will be sent an email asking you to confirm their offer. If you are unsuccessful, we will continue to search for your best match.
