Why study Fine Art: Printmaking?

On the MA Fine Art: Printmaking master's, you'll study an innovative curriculum with a committed peer group, exploring critical, collaborative, and personal approaches to printmaking within contemporary contexts.

Focusing on making, you'll experiment with traditional and emerging fine art printmaking media, developing ideas through processes such as laser cutting, textile print, 3D, screenprint, wood engraving, and lithography.

You'll gain insight into contemporary practice and debates, taught by internationally active experts. Combined with the creative resources across our City Campus, this equips you to work professionally, and engage with regional, national, and international artistic communities.

The interdisciplinary aspect of the course, where at key times in the year MA Fine Art students comes together with Curating, Photography and Printmaking students, is a dynamic opportunity to extend your practice and networks across discipline areas.
